During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holiday seasons), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Pre-orders will ship on the date stated on the product page.

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or another reputable courier.

Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be replaced or refunded.

5. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
