Thank you for shopping with Mantram Ayurveda. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holiday seasons), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • Pre-orders will ship on the date stated on the product page.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or another reputable courier.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

(Delivery times may vary depending on location.)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly displayed on the website.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email

  • A tracking number to follow your parcel’s progress

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


4. Delivery Issues

Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Couriers

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • High-volume shipping periods

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be replaced or refunded.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Contact Australia Post or the courier first.

  2. Then contact us at hello@mantramayurveda.com with your order number for assistance.


5. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at connect@mantramayurveda.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.


6. Pre-Order Shipping

For pre-order items:

  • Estimated dispatch dates are listed on the product page.

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together unless otherwise stated.
